Give A Minute

May we invite you to Give A Minute? This practice helped, in the view of some, win a World War! And there have been enough experiments to show that the intention of many will make things happen.

Everybody can draw on the same 24 hours, or 1440 minutes, a day. Giving up one, or even two minutes, a day simply becomes a matter of setting a silent alarm on one’s mobile phone, or of training the brain to remember the same time, or times, every day. And then spending that minute visualizing success.

By setting aside a minute at either 8 am or 7 pm UK time, and equivalent your time zone, to focus on the success of the LightLiving Laboratory and the sort of future it is creating, you literally are taking a hand in shaping the future.
